Flax is nature’s richest source of Omega-3 fatty acids. Trophic’s Flax Seed Oil is an excellent balanced source of alpha-linoleic and alpha-linolenic fatty acids. Neither of these fatty acids can be synthesized by body processes. The only way to get them is through ingestion.
