Trophic GLS with Chondroitin Sulfate promotes natural production of cartilage and is beneficial in maintaining healthy joints. Glucosamine sulfate plays an important role in the formation of “cushioning” agents in the joint fluids and surrounding tissues – it has therefore been associated with helping synovial fluid to thicken and become more elastic. Studies have also demonstrated that it is effective in healing connective tissues that have been injured or degraded through aging or disease. Chondroitin helps to relieve symptoms of bone and joint pain and assists in the formation of connective tissue. Glucosamine protects against the deterioration of cartilage from joints and reduces joint pain. Chondroitin sulfate’s primary function is to attract fluid into dry cartilage.
