(SERVES: 1- 2)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup water (use coconut water as an option)
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2-3 pitted dates
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp almond butter or ripe avocado
  • 1 cup frozen red grapes or berries
  • 1 orange (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

PRÉPARATION:

  1. Soak dates in water for at least 20 minutes (you can also soak them overnight, make sure to leave them in the refrigerator though).
  2. Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Drink!
