Bright Beginning Smoothie
(SERVES: 1- 2)
- 1 cup water (use coconut water as an option)
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 2-3 pitted dates
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp almond butter or ripe avocado
- 1 cup frozen red grapes or berries
- 1 orange (peeled)
- 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- Soak dates in water for at least 20 minutes (you can also soak them overnight, make sure to leave them in the refrigerator though).
- Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
