Chocolate Avocado pudding
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/3 cup cacao or cocoa powder
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of sea salt
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
- Top with coconut flakes or raspberries.
- Lasts 3 days refrigerated.
